Hi, sweet chickens — I'm Alexandra, but friends call me Alex. Raised in South Florida, now based in New York, where I split my time between rehearsal rooms and teaching SoulCycle. I'm an eldest daughter and a true Sagittarius, plus a former figure skater — so, not competitive at all. Lover of cats, reality TV, and a secret Swiftie. Consider this your official welcome to my brain.

Alexandra Amadeo-Frost is a New York-based actor and mezzo belter with a soft spot for character work — the kind of roles that let her be a little strange, a little funny, and fully alive on stage. Her credits range from the antic energy of Thoroughly Modern Millie and The Rocky Horror Show to the quieter, character-driven work of Off-Broadway's Sugar and The Baker's Wife.
She trained at AMDA, Stella Adler, and Jacksonville University — training that shows up most in how she builds a character from the ground up, voice and physicality together, rather than leaning on either alone.
When she's not in rehearsal, she's probably teaching a SoulCycle class, rewatching a reality show she swears is "for research," or belting along to a Taylor Swift record. New York is home — but the stage is where she feels most like herself.
